Returns & Exchanges

We really hope you love your order. Each piece is printed by hand and packed with care, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work.

Exchanges
If you’d like to request an exchange, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a short note. If approved, we’ll send you all the details you need to return your item.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition they arrived in.

Faults or Errors
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery, including a couple of clear photos, and we’ll make it right.

Postage

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.

Delivery Details

Please double check your shipping address at checkout, as we’re unable to take responsibility for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
