Welcome to Holdy Prints Screen Printing Company (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order or purchasing any products from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Products & Services
Holdy Prints produces and sells hand screen-printed products and offers custom screen-printing services. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, and placement may occur and are considered part of the unique character of each item.
2. Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full before shipment begins.

  • Custom orders may require a deposit before work starts.

  • Prices are listed in British Pounds and may change without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Custom Orders & Artwork

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork, sizes, quantities, and specifications for custom orders.

  • We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect files, spelling mistakes, or inaccurate instructions supplied by the customer.

  • Proofs may be provided for approval. Once approved, any changes may incur additional charges and delays.

  • By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use the design. Holdy Prints is not liable for copyright or trademark infringements.

4. Production & Turnaround Time

  • Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order size, complexity, and workload.

  • Delays caused by supply issues, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control may extend turnaround times.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by late approvals, late payments, or incomplete information from the customer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs and methods are agreed upon at checkout or during order confirmation.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Holdy Prints is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers.

  • Risk passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Ready-made products:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Custom orders:

  • Custom-printed items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made by Holdy Prints.

  • Minor variations in print or color are not considered defects.

7. Quality & Care

  • Screen-printed items should be cared for according to the care instructions provided.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, or handling after delivery.

8. Intellectual Property
All original designs, prints, and artwork created by Holdy Prints remain the intellectual property of Holdy Prints unless otherwise agreed in writing. Reproduction or use of our designs without permission is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Holdy Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
